Electromagnetic fail-safe brake is a device that can automatically trigger braking in case of sudden power failure or electromagnetic system abnormalities to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel. It is widely used in lifting, mining, rail transit and other fields. The working principle of electromagnetic fail-safe brake is based on the "spring pressurized dry friction" mechanism. When powered on, the electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic coil counteracts the spring pressure, releases the brake disc, and the equipment operates normally; When there is a power outage or electromagnetic system failure, high-strength springs use axial pressure to tightly fit the friction plate with the brake disc, utilizing frictional resistance to achieve instant braking.
